Weekly sessions
We host sessions on four days each week.
Mondays: Interval training on Tooting Athletics Track and also on Tooting Common, start at 19:00. Book on to interval training on the track and common sessions on Eventbrite.
Tuesdays: Yoga Class in Studio at Track, start at 20:00. Book on to Yoga on Eventbrite
Wednesdays: Midweek social run & a Couch to 5K group on Tooting Common, start at 19:00. Book on to the social run and couch to 5k on Eventbrite.
Thursdays: Strength & Conditioning Class in Studio at Track, start at 19:30. Book on the S&C class on Eventbrite.
Monthly sessions
Additionally we do regular monthly events:
- a pub social at Rose & Crown SW17 on first Monday in each month (unless it's a Bank Holiday!)
- a long run on the second Sunday in each month.
- Doggy Dash on the third Sunday of the month.
- Parkrun Tourism on the final Saturday in each month.
- Sunday Strollers on the final Sunday of the month.

All sessions are free and bookable on Eventbrite. No forms. No membership fees.
New tickets are released every Friday at 10am.
