Weekly sessions
We host sessions on four days each week.
Mondays: Interval training on Tooting Athletics Track at 19:00. Book on to interval training on the track sessions on Eventbrite.
Tuesdays: Yoga Class in the Studio at Track, start at 20:00. Book on to Yoga on Eventbrite
Wednesdays: Midweek social run & a Couch to 5K group on Tooting Common, start at 19:00. Book on to the social run and couch to 5k on Eventbrite.
Thursdays: Strength & Conditioning Class in Studio at Track, start at 19:30. Book on the S&C class on Eventbrite.
Monthly sessions
Additionally we do regular monthly events:
- a pub social at Rose & Crown SW17 on first Monday in each month (unless it's a Bank Holiday!)
- a long run on the second Sunday in each month.
- Doggy Dash on the third Sunday of the month.
- Parkrun Tourism on the final Saturday in each month.
- Sunday Strollers on the final Sunday of the month.

All sessions are free and bookable on Eventbrite. No membership forms, no fees!
New tickets for weekly sessions are released on Friday at 10am.
