Monthly Long Runs
On the second Sunday of each month, we hold a long run. The distance and route change each run.
We have two groups:
(1) 9:30 mins per mile / 6:15 mins per km
(2) 10:30 per mile / 6:30 mins per km

Long run:
Our next long run is on Sunday 14th April 2024.
Route/Distance: Marathon Route (Partial) | Approx 10 miles / 15.9 km
Meeting point: London Bridge Tube Station (Joiner Street Exit) from 09:45, we'll set off from 10:00. If you would like to travel up together from Tooting, you can meet outside Tooting Bec Tube station at 09:15.
Post-run social: Notes Coffee, St Martin's Lane
Nearest public transport for return home: Leicester Square
Worth bringing: small backpack, water, energy gels, sunscreen, cap
On the final Saturday of each month, we visit each Parkrun in Greater London, working through them alphabetically. Please sign up here via EventBrite.
Note: Parkrun is obviously not a TRC event; this booking is simply to get an idea of numbers and help with planning for travel arrangements & post-run social.

On the first Monday evening of each month, we hold a monthly pub social, after our track and common interval sessions.
