Monday: Interval Sessions

Our weekly track and common sessions take place on Mondays at Tooting Bec Athletics Track. Sessions start at 19:00, however, we advise meeting at the track from 18:30 to allow time to sign-in, and the first timer's briefing at 18:30 for newbies.

 

We have groups that cater for all individuals who can run 5km from under 22 mins to over 30 mins!

 

Please sign up here via EventBrite. You will need a ticket for each event you attend. Tickets are in high demand and may sell out quickly, so we advise to keep checking the event page for cancellations!
