Each Thursday, we hold a strength and conditioning class based on the ABC Strengthening workout.


This is a a free strengthening workout for all levels of individuals held in a group class. By conditioning and building strength into muscles and joints it can help to improve running times, increase stability and assist with decreasing risk of injury.


The ABC workout is based around letters representing a strengthening exercise and we make it fun by combining words, names and special days. No weights are required as its all based around your body weight.


All are welcome and advised to meet at Tooting Bec Athletics Track at 19:25, ready to start at 19:30.
