We now have three groups for runners to join on our midweek 5km social runs:
(1) Main group running at around 10 mins per mile/6:13 per km;
(2) Mid group running at around 12 mins per mile /7:30 per km;
(3) Couch to 5K group for beginners.
All are welcome and advised to meet at Tooting Bec Athletics Track at 18:45 ready to start at 19:00.

You will need a ticket for each event you attend. Tickets are highly sought after, and may sell out quickly, so we advise to keep checking the event page for cancellations!

The mid common group will be running 5km at around 12 mins per mile / 7:30 per km, just over 35 mins:
This program aims to assist participants in gradually reaching the milestone of running 5k continuously. The couch to 5km group will be building up to a 5km run with walk/run intervals around a shorter route around the common.
